The project is the construction of a four star deluxe Hotel in Business Bay, Dubai. The proposed four star hotel will comprise of 321 well designed and decorated rooms including 17 suites. the development will also include:

 

Four food and beverage outlets A banquet hall Meeting rooms A business center equipped with all modern facilities Outdoor swimming poolGymnasium with sauna and steam rooms.

The project is now in the project development phase and the promoters have retained world renowned consultants such as, Norr as lead Architects, DSGN as interior designers, Magma Consultants as Business Advisors and Hancomb as Costing and Quantity Surveyors.

Total funding required US$ 46,000,000 Debt Finance
